It’s so interesting and amazing how life’s journey could be. There are moments when all we could ever desire is what we see and crave for. There are many times we tend to miss the memorable moments that we could enjoy by simply being around the person we ever loved. I believe in love and I also believe in divine orchestration. There are countless number of reasons why many people’s paths cross with others. This is our Story;

Let’s take it back to yesterday. So one faithful day, a friend of mine called Philomena visited and as we were in conversation, she got to know I was still single and searching. At a point, she started glancing through her phone and I saw this beautiful gorgeous lady who caught my attention. I shared with her how I was so eager to know her and possibly have her as my lady. Philomena was quite intrigued and told me she wasn’t sure if her friend would accept that we become friends but she still told me to give it a try. I then requested for her number but Philomena told me she had to speak with her first before she gives the number to me.

Later after Philomena’s conversation with her, I had the opportunity to have a personal conversation with her. Though there were times she wouldn’t respond to my phone calls. I never considered that as a deliberate act to make me loose my sense of interest in her. My actions and intentions towards her were more than just words whispered through the phone to her ears.

I kept on dialing her number as many times I could because I came to understand where your treasure is, there also your heart is. The passion, love, affection and conviction never made me loose hope in knowing that, one day, our hearts and affections will surely intertwine with each other.

It got to a point that I needed to act and be the man I needed to be so I called and talked to her on phone and also expressed my heartfelt affection to her and my desire to go out on a date with her. Unfortunately! she told me, she wasn’t ready for a relationship but we could be friends. This struck me hard because I wasn’t prepared for such a response.

As I was still hopeful that one day, I would get the response I wanted to hear, she finally agreed that we go out to have some good time as friends. I took advantage of that outing and tried my luck once again with the hope of having my wish granted so I could call her my own but unfortunately she still wasn’t ready for a relationship.

From the very first time of walking and sharing some good times with her, I realized indeed she was the woman I ever needed and I had no doubt about that. From that outing, we became very close to the extent of sharing more juicy stories and secrets together, we enjoyed each other’s company and never went a day without speaking on phone.

Upon enjoying each other’s company, I kept on pushing for my interest until she finally agreed, by saying that, “we could give it a try”. I was the happiest man at that moment she finally said Yes to me. Later, she introduced me to some family members and friends of which my encounter on both sides were more than the expedient reception I ever expected.

We had our own share of the unfortunate incidents that comes with relationships, the low and high times, but in all, we took every steps to resolve our differences amicably by the grace of God. I consider myself lucky to have someone as resplendent, kind-hearted and beautiful as my dear “Ama Funky”.

The world deserve to know how grateful and honored I am to call her as my very own. I’m so much deeply in love with her and I truly appreciate her in every way. As we prepare to embark on our forever journey together, we would need you to be our guest on the 27th of December, 2025 at 3:00 pm.
